With the concept “believing that there is no box”, Sherwin saw the need to create something limitless, that would change the principles of everyday winemaking.

A “virtual Cellar” was created which allows for sourcing of grapes from across the Cape Winelands, from vineyard sites that have a history of producing quality and balanced grapes. By taking different qualities from different areas, we are then able to blend them into something unique and spectacular.
